Can you offer a way to have 1 sign up form where members select the plan as one of the options? Instead of a page that lists the different plans linking to different sign up forms? So get rid of this page www.isls.org/members/member-registration & on this page www.isls.org/members/member-registration...r-membership/sign-up have the plans listed as one of the last options to select from?
