I would like to see a new feature,
The possibility to cancel subscription and also get emails of confirmation etc...
I know this already exist by recurring, but i would also like to see it with renewing.

Could you please explain more details about how it should work? And what's the actual use-case? Could I have a sample?

Ye its a bit the idea of Calum
- Option to mark a service as Closed, instead of cancelled-refunded/expired
- And option if you see all your services in a list, that there is a cancel button, to request a cancellation of the service. if you don't want it anymore.
This isn't possible atm

I have implemented a linked facility whereby we can record why, e.g. resigned, deceased, etc. Adding that would be great.
What we want to do is not send out further emails when they no longer want to be a user as opposed to just having forgotten to renew.

We had a meeting yesterday at which we discussed cancellation.
We have had complaints from members who told us they wanted to cancel at the end of the subscription period but we stil sent them an email that their subscription was about to lapse.
Its now seen as something I need to fix urgently.
