The need to manage & pay VAT (EU) or GST (AUS, NZ ... ) taxes accordingly to the customer country given rates without
the headache for small online business to open a MOSS account or to pay to each country tAX office separately is what made Online services like 'QUADERNO' a must be supported service to be able to collect. manage, & pay taxes in our own. See:

They already support PayPal & Stripe, e-commerce apps. like 'Prestashop. Woo Commerce and Shopify,and currently offering some plugins (aka Wordpress) but nothing related to Joomla! nor to your MemberShipPro but some of them may help you to see how to build your own for MembershipPro: .
