Hi,
What are all the “$row->act” strings? subscribe and renew? 

When the subscription is renewed, it is “renew”, right? In the case of a subscription upgrade, it is also “renew”, right?

$row->act has following value :

- subscribe: That's when users subscribe for the plan
- renew: That's when users renew their subscription
- upgrade: That's when users upgrade their subscription from plan A to plan B
