I want to make a module on my website in which only salesman will enter to see recent subscriptions on all plans and packages. I have made a column layout in which they can access and see it BUT i need to add some more information like phone of the customer. Furthermore, and most important i want to have aside of each subscription notes in which the login in salesman can enter new details and these details to be known to the admin. We need to track information after phone calls. How is that possible?Thanks

I don't understand your last question. Why don't you create custom fields in Membership Pro ? Then use the build-in subscription management feature to edit data of that field for each subscription record?

If you build a custom feature yourself, you will have to program everything yourself

We have made a new role that has credentials in ordet to log in to frontend to see the subscription's table. We have added a new text field from custom fields, and now we need all the users with this role to be able to edit that text field from the frontend.
Moreover is there any way to keep a track history of the changes each users will make/ Can the previeous comment remain?

Sorry, for all of this, it is a custom feature and you will have to implement it yourself.

Is there a program like CRM to add to this?

Sorry, I don't have experience with CRM systems, so I don't know if there is any system which can be used to handle your requirements to suggest
