Removal of Form text (Membership Pro)

So many text items can be found in the language file - which can be changed or used to help locate other elements. But I need to remove the statement: "Please enter information on the form below to process subscription for XXXXXX." But I can't find reference to anything like this anywhere! It's driving me nuts!  Can anyone please help?

Go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, you should see the message and can change it to meet your need
