Membership Pro 2.21.1 released

Dear customers

Today, I am happy to announce the next release of Membership Pro, version 2.21.1 with some small improvements and bugs fixes:

1. Improve Sales Chart

Added a plans filter dropdown so that you can select a plan to see sales chart for the plan you want.

2. Improve Plugins

For each plugins in Membership Pro, we now added a new parameter called Show On Frontend to allow you to choose to Show/Hide that plugin on Add/Edit subscription plan page from frontend. It's useful in case you allow users to manage subscription plans from frontend of your site

3. Improve Joomla Groups Plugin

Added a new parameter called Exclude User Groups allows you to exclude some user groups to be displayed on frontend plans management (Joomla groups settings tab, that to prevent frontend users to configure the plan to assign subscribers to Super User group for example). Again, this is useful if you use frontend plans management

4. Update Squareup payment plugin

Update square up payment plugin to use latest Squareup API instead of Connect API (which is now deprecated) and not allowed for new Squareup account

5. Some other improvements and Bugs fixes

- Prevent users from subscribe for a recurring subscription plan twice (when he is having an active subscription of recurring plan, he is not allowed to subscribe again)

- Language item is displayed in invoice instead of a string describe the subscription

- Allow using 0 in Days Left parameter in early renewal discount. That allows you to give early renewal give discount for subscribers until their subscription expired

- Use a common language file for frontend and backend (for shared language items between frontend and backend). That prevent you from having to translate the same language items twice

The update is not showing in Joomla extension update

Could you please try again? it should be fine now?

Maybe I sent you the package manually via support ticket and it is already in latest version. You should access to My Downloads menu item to download package and update it to your site manually so that you can have latest changes on your site

The "Show on front-end" per plugin is a really nice upgrade and nice to get the language strings fixed.

I have a small but powerfull improvement suggestion for the "Show on front-end" per plugin.

Add an ACL setting (Joomla Groups) for "Show in front-end", to make it possible to offer the advanced features in plugins in different packages (eg. Pro, Premium, Enterprise).

This would really be the icing on the cake

Thanks for your suggestions. That's nice but I guess not many customers need it yet, so I will leave it as how it's for now. If there are other customers need it, I will consider changing it in the future

I report this error when I save a plan where I changed Joomla Group Settings

Really sorry. There was a small bug in URL restriction plugin and it causes the error (my bad). Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site and the error will be gone

Joomla is showing the update, but I cannot update.

once I want to update, I receive a 403 error message with the information I should install manually via link. This like to your site is also not working.
