Dear customers
Today, I am happy to announce the next release of Membership Pro, version 2.16.1 with the following improvements:
1. Add Membership Pro Offline Recurring Invoice plugin
If you are having recurring subscription plans and use offline payment, this plugin would be very useful. When this plugin is enabled, Membership Pro will:
- Create a renewal subscription record with Pending status
- Send an email to customers (with invoice) to let them know about it
- Customers will then send payment to site owner
- Once received payment, site owner will active that offline renewal subscription record and users will continue having active subscription
The subject and email messages of the email can be changed in Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, under Recurring Subscription Messages tab
2. Improve custom fields
We now added a new setting to custom fields called
Show On Subscription Form, and it's Yes by default for every fields. This setting could be useful in some case:
- You don't want users have to enter too much information when they first subscribe for your plan. Mean on sign up, enable some basic fields and leave other fields for them to update from user profile after completing subscription
- Or you don't want users to enter data for some fields, you enter data for these fields manually and show it to users (from user profile or on members list page)
3. Add support for ACYMailing version 6
A new plugin called Membership Pro - AcyMailing 6 plugin is added to work with latest version of ACYMailing. So if you want to use ACYMailing version 6 now, it's possible because Membership Pro supports it
4. Improve K2 integration
Added a new menu option called K2 items to allow subscribers to access to restricted K2 items setup by

5. Improve Events Booking integration
Added a new plugin
Membership Pro - Events Booking Registration History to display Events Registration History of a user in his Membership Pro user profile. It's useful in case you use Events Booking and Membership Pro on the same site
