@Bernhard Will check the issue with invoice tag. For the email, if you don't want that white backgound, please get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmembership/view/emailtemplates/tmpl folder and it should work as expected

Once you confirmed that it works, you need to move the file to the following folders so that it won't be lost when you update to future releases of Membership Pro:

PATH_TO_TEMPLATE/html/com_osmembership/emailtemplates
administrator/templates/isis/html/com_osmembership/emailtemplates

Regards,

Tuan

Great to see the Subscription history changed. Very helpful although it hasn't updated when I changed the field.

I have no interest in a subscription history, but a field that said "Member Since" would be handy.

Currently I am trying to sort out all those whose memberships expired at the 30th June so I can follow them up with a personal email. I can't seem to find a way to sort those whose membership has expired from those that has expired and renewed. Is there a way of doing this?

Cheers,

Hi Ric

There is not a way to export only expired subscribers at the moment yet. But it is a requested feature and I will try to find a way to implement it in next minor release 2.10.1

Regards,

Tuan

Many great features added to this new version. There is 1 bug still remain though, the export feature still not working. Unable to export subscriptions.

A way to export expired subscribers would be good - maybe a way of adding them to an acymailing list so they can be emailed easily? For those that don't have acymailing, perhaps a way to add them to a hidden plan or joomla group? I can see all sorts of issues and I think it would need to be a selection by date so that, for example, all subscriptions that have expired in the last month can be identified?

I'm about to work out how to do this on a spreadsheet - it looks fairly straightforward in Excel, but a nuisance!

@Elliott Exports works OK here.Maybe it doesn't work because there is a library called Zip php.net/manual/en/book.zip.php is not available on your server. Please contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable the library for you and it should work OK

The other option would be go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Export Data format to CSV and it should solve the issue, too

@Alan: First we will find a way to export expired subscribers first.Once we have the list, it should be fine to import it to ACYMailing if needed, ACYMailing should provide that import feature

Hi Tuan,

You are absolutely right on the money with changing the format to CSV. I haven't check on the book.zip.php but since it is working with the CSV, I am not going to even bother with that. Thanks much for your help!
