Going straight to the full donation form

I just bought and installed Joom Donation, and I'm excited about using it. The module appears at first on the Web page showing only "Amount $", and a text input box, and a Donate button. If I input a number in the text input box, and click the Donate button, then it shows me the full donation form, with:

"Use this form to make an online donation. If this is for something specific, please note that in the comment box
Donor information
First name*
Last name*
Organization*
Address*"
etc.

I would like to change this so that the Web page at first displays the full donation form, and skips the preliminary step of showing only "Amount $", and a text input box, and a Donate button. How can I do that?
