When I try to process payments through Authorize.net, it doesn't work. I get the following message:

Reason
Click Here to try to make your donation again.
On a different server with the exact same Auth.net settings, it functions normally. Are there any server settings(PHP, etc) that JoomDonation depends on?
Also, your support ticket system is not functioning right now. It says:
"Subject" is Required
"Description" is Required
Even though both fields are filled in.
