Hi everyone,
We’re pleased to announce that
Joom Donation 7.8 is now available! This release introduces automated donor follow-up emails and several improvements to payments, multilingual support, PDF generation, and campaign presentation.
What’s New in Joom Donation 7.8?
The highlight of this release is
Re-engagement Email, alongside updates that improve the overall donation experience.
New: Re-engagement Email
Stay connected with your donors beyond their first contribution. You can now configure the system to automatically send emails after a specified period since a donor’s last donation.
Use these emails to:
- Thank donors for their previous support.
- Share campaign progress and the impact of their contributions.
- Invite them to support your cause again.
This feature helps you maintain donor relationships while reducing manual follow-up work.
Additional Updates and Improvements
- TCPDF library: Updated to the latest version for improved PDF generation reliability and compatibility.
- Language packages: Updated German, Romani, and Italian translations, and added Russian, French, and Spanish.
- SquareCard payment gateway: Updated for improved payment compatibility and reliability.
- Thermometer module: Improved donation amount accuracy when displaying fundraising progress.
- Donation Failure layout: Refined for a clearer, more professional experience when payments are unsuccessful.
- Campaigns Grid layout: Improved campaign presentation and browsing experience.
