Cancel recurring donation email not being sent to donor

Hi team

When we cancel a recurring donation in the backend of the website, the system is not sending the email to the donor to inform them that the email has been sent.

It is sending the admin email ok.

This is the email set up in the emails configuration

 

What are we doing wrong?

Also, I just set up a recurring donation (to test it) and it didn't send an email to the donor only the admin.
I must be missing something in my set up?

We debugged the code on our side, but we could not find any issue in the code so far.
Could you please submit a new ticket under the Joom Donation category and provide your site information, including administrator access?
Then we can check the code directly on your site and investigate the issue more carefully.
If we find any problem, we will let you know immediately.
