Other Amount

Is there a way to REMOVE "Other Amount" next to the list of fixed donation amounts that we can add in. I dont want the "Other Amount" option to show at all. But I cant find where I can turn it off and remove it.

Can anyone help me please?

If you turn off the "Display Amount Textbox" option in the configuration, the "Other amount" box will disappear from the donation form.
