I am a developer and currently need to customize email templates for my client. Could you please provide a list of all the tags/variables that can be used in Joom Donation emails?

Hi Kevin, Here is a list of [TAG] placeholders you can use in Joom Donation email templates:Supported email templates include:

• Donor confirmation email
• Offline payment received email
• Recurring donation email
• Cancel recurring email

Available tags:

• [DONATION_DETAIL]: Full HTML table with all donation details (fields, amount, campaign, etc.)
• [CAMPAIGN] or [CAMPAIGN_TITLE]: Campaign title
• [FIRST_NAME]: Donor's first name
• [LAST_NAME]: Donor's last name
• [NAME] or [USER]: Donor's full name
• [ORGANIZATION]: Donor's organization name
• [ADDRESS]: Donor's street address (line 1)
• [ADDRESS2]: Donor's street address (line 2)
• [CITY]: Donor's city
• [STATE]: Donor's state/province
• [ZIP]: Donor's postal/ZIP code

Custom fields:
Any custom field added in the donation form is also available as a tag in the format [FIELD_NAME], where FIELD_NAME is the custom field name in uppercase. For example, a custom field named "company" will be available as [COMPANY].Hope this helps!
