Backend field names showing on campaign forms

Since the most recent update, I now see all field names (i.e. JD_SHOW_LESS, JD_DONOR_INFO,ETC) on the campaign forms.

 I thought it might be some debug feature turned on, but I have disabled all. How  do I prevent the field names from showing?

I'm also getting the button names on the buttons; it should show the button text rather than the name; see the added image.
