cancel recurring donation from Backend

I cannot figure out how to cancel a recurring donation from the backend of the site.
The donor is paying via the stripe plugin and has made 17 donations to date, but now they want to cancel.

Also is it possible for a donor to cancel their own recurring payment set up without having a login to the site?

Hi Alison,
If your customers are using payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, they can cancel their recurring donations directly through our system.
However, if they are using other payment methods, they will need to log in to the payment site with their account and manually cancel the recurring payment.

But how do we cancel the payment directly via the joomdonation system?
Is there a tutorial or a screenshot, i cannot figure it out.

Hi Alison,
If your donation is set up as a recurring donation and you are using Stripe or PayPal as the payment method, you can easily manage it from the backend. Simply go to the Donor Details page, where you will find a "Cancel Recurring Donation" button in the toolbar. Clicking this button will allow you to cancel the recurring payment directly.
