Missing Choose amount row in donate was created by MelanieB
Hi,

I am on the latest version and I cannot get the row to display which shows the pre-defined amounts, I only have the field where the user can enter the amount and the recurring row.

How do I get it to display? I have gone through all the settings and so far nothing makes it visible. I am trying to display the first row under Choose or select an amount shown in your demo in the attached

Hope you can help

Hi Melanie,
Make sure the configure option: "Display Amount Textbox" is enabled.
And in your campaign (Tab: Messages), option "Display Amount Textbox" is also enabled or inherited from Global Configuration.
Thanks
Dam

Thanks so much Dam,

I had completely overlooked that second bit. Would those top 3 fields under Messages not sit better under the main configuration? as I think that's what threw me and it may be same for others?.

Thanks so much
Mel

Hi Mel,
Thanks for your feedback – that’s a great point!
In most donation workflows, users typically select the donation amount first, followed by entering their personal information. However, we completely understand how the current layout might feel a bit confusing.
The good news is, we’re planning to introduce a "Smart Donation Form" that will guide donors step-by-step using JavaScript. The goal is to make the donation process feel smoother and more intuitive. We're hoping to release this feature sometime this year.

Thanks again for your input – it really helps us improve!

Best regards,
Dam
