Recurring Donation cancelation

Two Questions:

On the donors list I see that one is recurring and I do not know how often.  How do I see that?

The person who did that did not intend to have a recurring and made and error.  How can I delete the recurring aspect to make it a one time donation?

Hi Marc,
Depend on using payment gateway, you can cancel the recurring donation and change it to one time. If the donor used Paypal or Stripe, you can cancel the recurring donation. But if he used different payment methods, he should cancel the recurring payment from their payment account.

I use Paypal and have set up the API for donors to cancel and I don't know the instructions to give the person to follow. Is there a way for me to do it for them on the backend?

In Donors management page, you will able to cancel Paypal recurring donation records.
