Hi there,

the thing here is, that we have connected the JoomDonation to Stripe in test mode. The donation process works with Stripe test mode here deeplistening.hv.digital/donate . I get a successful donation message, and I see the test donation in Stripe.

But I do not see the test donations in the backend. Neither are any admin nor user emails sent, although PHP mailer works. Tested that.

So what am I missing in the settings?

To enable email flow from your site, follow these steps:

Set up an SMTP server on your hosting environment or use a third-party email service.
Ensure your VPS with port 25 open to allow email traffic, as this port is essential for SMTP communication.
Configure your website's email settings (e.g., PHP mail, SMTP plugin for WordPress) to connect to the SMTP server.
Test the email flow to confirm messages are being sent properly and check for any deliverability issues.
Having a VPS with port 25 from Arzhost.com ensures that emails can be sent smoothly from your site.

@Rosamund, today, i tried to create new donation on your site. And i receive notification emails normally. You can check the email logs now.

Hello,
Problem is with stripe payments. We did fix webhook and make it sandbox. And added only event as it say on documentation. checkout.session.completed
And webhook link is:
deeplistening.hv.digital/index.php?optio...od=os_stripecheckout

And still webhook get HTTP status code 500 (Internal Server Error): Call to undefined method os_stripecheckout::verifyPayment()

Can you help us figure it out ?

Still webhook says Call to undefined method os_stripecheckout::verifyPayment() and we can't see donation in administration.
I can send you request from they side that they use on deeplistening.hv.digital/index.php?optio...od=os_stripecheckout

- The webhook URL needs to be deeplistening.hv.digital/index.php?optio...od=os_stripecheckout .
- Stripe will ask for webhook Event. Select checkout.session.completed and invoice.payment_succeeded
- Retrieve the Endpoint Secret and add it in JD StripeCheckout parameters form
