How to set up Recurring Donations

I have turned on recurring donations in Joom Donation.  I don't see anything differrent in checkout when donating and PayPal is not asking about recurring donations.  Am I correct that the change I need to make is in our PayPal account itself?

We have the "recurring donation button" for PayPal.  Is that something I install on our website or just our PayPal account?
 

OK, I have figured it out.  You have to set recurring donations both in the Configuration and in each campaign that you wish to use recurring donations.
