Recurring Transactions

I was wondering about the #Payments/Times field in the donors management. Does JoomDonation keep track of the payments or do I have to do that myself?

For example can I see on the Donors management or CSV download what payment they are on? I see 1 / 12 for example and it never changes to say 2 / 12.... or is that not how it works?

Only problem with this is that I download the csv weekly and only keep the weeks date range, so basically I'll not catch any of the recurring donations except in the first week. I'll have to track them manually after that.


I have also noticed twice now with a recurring donation set to 1 / 2 times, it went to Authorize.net as an ongoing payment with no end.

You are correct. Right now, with Authorize.net, the # Payment is not updated when the recurring payemnt happens (you still receive payment but the #Payment is not updated - right now, this #Payments only works with Paypal) .

For recurring donation, if you enter the number of times, the recurring payment will continue until the number of payments reach the #times you entered. If you leave it empty, It will continue until the donors cancel it via Authorize.net /
