not allowing me to add custom fields was created by Alison
Hi Dam
I am using the latest version of JD and Joomla 5.0.3
It will not let me add custom fields, I have made a short screen video to show what is happening (or not). screenpal.com/watch/cZnU6uVKUur
Can you look into it please.
Thanks
Alison

Hi Alison,
You're correct. Today, we checked in our local server and have the same issue. Could you please submit ticket on category: Joom Donation, i'll send you new Joom Donation version (under developing) to solve this matter.
Thanks
Dam

Hi, I have similar issue in that it will only let me save if I select an existing campaign.
In the documentation it says we can leave this as Select campaign and it will be applied to all campaigns. So I selected a campaign and it let me save. However I want it to be for All campaigns, and also a Core field, and it won't let me select that either (to enable Core).
Is there a workaround for this?
Kind regards

Hi Mel,
Thank you for your message.
When the "Custom fields based on campaign" option is enabled in the configuration, it is required to select at least one campaign when creating a new custom field — either a specific campaign or all campaigns.
However, if you disable the "Custom fields based on campaign" option, then it is not necessary to select a campaign for the custom field, and it will be applied globally.
Please check your configuration and adjust accordingly based on your needs.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind regards,
Dam
