Hello.
I have a client that is a long time user of Joom Donation. They use PayPal and offline payments to accept donations. Everything has worked for year for you. I keep Joomla and Joom Donation up to date as well.
Recently they are having issues that a single donation comes in, but multiple entries are showing up in the donations list. All of them are PayPal, and we can see in PayPal that there was only one donation made. But there are multiple instances of the donation in the donation list. They all of the same Transaction ID, and the donation ID is sequential. The Date stamp though is all different, and it does not make sense.
Here is list of document IDs and Date stamps from the most recent donation.

You can see that the date increments by minutes which each consecutive one and then starts to jump more until the last one that is in the past. Now all of these date stamps are in CST, and right now the time here is 8:50 AM. So the first 10 of them all posted date/time stamps in the FUTURE, and the last one is in the PAST. I expect to find out that the last one's date stamp is when the donation was actually made.
I don't have access to the PayPal account for this client and have asked the person that does to verify that there was indeed only one donation, which I expect there will be, and to let me know the exact date and time of the donation. I fully expect there will be only one donation and suspect the date and time of the donation will be 2/3/24 2:00:02 AM CST.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this before or have any thoughts what could be causing the problem?

UPDATE: I just got the information from the person with access to the PayPal account. The donation was made at Feb 3, 2024 03:03:32 PST which is 05:03:32 CST. This just makes the date/time stamps even more confused.
UPDATE 2: It turns out that the donation that is part of all of these timestamps is actually a recurring monthly donation. This donation has run successfully since 06-03-2020 every month until this month. This month it was a single donation in PayPal but posted 11 times into Joom Donation.
