Donation is not saved in the system

I just made a "test"-donation. Everything works fine and I also received the donation on my PayPal-Account. But the donation is not saved in the JoomDonation-System - it's not listed in the "Donors management"-tab in the backend.
Any hints?
Alex

That might be something special with your site :
1. Is your site hosted on a server or on local computer ? If your site is in a local computer, it won't work because Paypal could not reach your local computer to notify the system about the donation .
2. Did you set the IPN url of your Paypal account to somewhere ? if you setup your Paypal IPN URL to somewhere (not to Joom Donation component), Joom Donation won't receive notificaiton from paypal about the payment and it won't work.
3. Do you use any special plugins on your site (I know that there is a plugin called RSFirewall prevent Paypal IPN from reaching server), so It might cause the problem .
If none of the above is applied to you, please submit a support ticket contains administrator account and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it .
Thanks,
Tuan

No, it's hosted on a server1. Is your site hosted on a server or on local computer ? If your site is in a local computer, it won't work because Paypal could not reach your local computer to notify the system about the donation.
??? What's a "Paypal IPN URL" and where do I get it ? I placed my PayPal-eMail-Adress only into the corresponting JoomDonation plugin "os_paypal". I guess that's not what you mean!?2. Did you set the IPN url of your Paypal account to somewhere ? if you setup your Paypal IPN URL to somewhere (not to Joom Donation component), Joom Donation won't receive notificaiton from paypal about the payment and it won't work.
No, there are no plugins like that.3. Do you use any special plugins on your site (I know that there is a plugin called RSFirewall prevent Paypal IPN from reaching server), so It might cause the problem.
Any hints?

I checked our support tickets system and didn't see your ticket. Could you please submit a support ticket contains your site administrator account and FTP account so that I can check it quickly ?
Thanks,
Tuan

I just made two donations on your website (one to my Paypal account and one two yours) . As you can see (I think you should received notification emails from my donations), everything is working fine :
1. Emails were sent properly .
2. Donation records are showed from back-end .
So in this case, everything is working properly . Please go to your site to check it and confirm !
Thanks,
Tuan
PS : I haven't made any modificaiton yet, just tested it and It works fine .

I am having the same issue and just posted a ticket. Please take a look as I am having people support my cause this weekend. If they do not see their names on the site, I am going to loose supporters.
thanks
