Donation not linked to a campaign

Hi, what's the best way to offer a donation that's not connected with a campaign?

I've tried using the donation form menu link but a campaign is required.

So, every donation must be linked to a campaign?

In the site linked there are a number of campaigns, and if I wanted a form to donate just to the charity generally, I'd need to create a campaign and maybe call it 'general giving'?

Sorry for late response, in Joom Donation, when you activate campaign feature, you should create at least one campaign, and the donation should be linked to one campaign. But if you disable Campaign feature, you won't need to create any campaign
