[SOLVED]Thank You page not being displayed

HI,
This is my first donation campaign. I'm having problems displaying the web page thank you page. 

When someone does a donation, for example with Offline Payment, the page just refreshes back to the donation form, with no feedback that the donation form for Offline was accepted. I am seeing the donation coming in to the database, there just isn't anything on the site that indicates that the donation was accepted. With PayPal, the site redirects to PayPal properly, but after the PayPal transaction I'm still not going back to a Thank You page.

I have tried setting the thank you page to another web page, but that doesn't work either.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't know why, but after I added the same campaign as a menu item (in addition to the module that I had before) the thank you page has started working.
