Hello... I'm having all sorts of problems with a donation form.

If I have Captcha activated, I'm getting "Invalid verification code entered" whether I use Authorize.net or Offline Payment.



If I deactivate Captcha, I'm getting "User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values, but ONLY with "Authorize.net."



If Captcha is deactivated, Offline Payment goes through just fine.

I'm stumped. I've used this extension for about 10 years and never had this problem. However, this is also the first time I've used Authorize.net, so I assume it has something to do with this plugin.

Please help!

Have you selected Default Joomla Captcha in Joomla Global Configuration yet?

Oh man... That was just stupid on my part. I built this site years ago, but have never needed reCaptcha before, so had never chosen the default. My reCaotcha prroblem is solved. Thanks!

However - Authorize.net payments are still not going through. I'm still getting that same error message when I try and make a credit card payment:"User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values."

Any ideas?

Hi Mr. Dam,

I've solved the problem and it's now working correctly.

For others who may have the same problem: I had left the Authorize.net plugiun in test mode. Once I put it in live mode it worked fine

NOTE: Test mode in the plugin and test mode in your Authorize.com account are NOT the same thing.

Again, Mr. Dam, thanks. I keep coming back to your company for products because they work great, but ALSO because of your great customer service.
