Problem with donation form translation

Problem with donation form translation was created by jhakimian
Hi team.
I tried all methods but failed. I cannot translate a few primary fields in the donation form. I also tried from Joomla Language override - that same, it doesn't work. Any tips?

Hi,
They are custom fields in Joom Donation, to translate those labels, please open tool: Manage Custom Fields, and change title of those fields, you also can translate those labels to different languages

Thanks, but there is only EN tab, and no other installed languages, for example, I need "NL"  - how to add it?

Hi,
When you enter content in tab: General, it's for main language. I guest in your case is Dutch
