Pay Pal was created by Richard Juknavorian
Good morning
I have set up the Joom Donation form.
The customer is using Pay Pal.
I have everything set up hopefullly correct.
I have the Pay Pal email correct.
In the config area I have the Publisher ID entered.
PHP version is 7.4.30
It's in live mode.
I click on Process Payment. I go to PayPal but only to the login page.
I can't figure out why that happens. Am I missing a step?
Any help would be appriciated.

Hi Richard,
What's your Joom Donation version? If you are using latest Joom Donation, please try to open tool Payment Plugins at Backend of component, select Paypal, and in parameters form, please select option: Normal in field: Payment type.
After that, you can try to make donation through Paypal again
Thanks
Dam

Hi Dam
That worked. But there is the problem I have that when i process payment I get
Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
I had this problem with Payment Form. I fixed it by putting the PayPal ID and the Account # in. I did it on the form but I swear there was one other area I had to enter the info. It's in the Config file and in the Payment plugin. Is there one other place I need to put it in.
I have the Payment form and that works fine.
Thank you for your help

Hi Richard,
Could you please check your campaigns to see whether if they have different Paypal ID?
Thanks

Here is a silly question.
I use authorize.net for one of my other clients. I only need one account for all their donation forms and pay forms.
Now I have one account in paypal for this client. Do I need two accounts for two different items? The account # is the same one I am using for the two different software. But it still says unable to process.

Hi Richard,
Simply, you need to open all campaigns of Joom Donation system, and make value of field: Paypal ID empty. After that, Joom Donation will process the donation through the Paypal account that you entered in Paypal parameters form
Thanks
