Step Numbers Wrong in Simple Layout

Hello, why does the step number say 4 but if you click on offline payment it changes to 3? I turned off pay for gateway fee but don't want it to show the wrong step number.

I'd actually like to hide these altogether. I can use this CSS to hide them for now.

Hi Dave,
I am agree about the problem. When the payment gateway doesn't support recurring feature, the part "Donation type" with 2 options: One time and Recurring will disappear, therefore, the number of group will be reduced 1. But it doesn't work correctly. So i think we will remove out that change
