I got this message: Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\SiteApplication::isSite()

1) I create a menu with "Login"
2) Menu Item Type: User Campaigns
Link URL: index.php?option=com_jdonation&view=usercampaigns

I go to the front end of the father and I click on "Connection"
This message comes and I can't access a user campaign
Call to an undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\SiteApplication::isSite()

What to do ?

apparently the problem is gone, I changed open_basedir to None
