Translation problem

Translation problem was created by Francesco
I'm using the default component feature to translate it in italian. I cannot see anyway the translations I've made in front-end. Cannot figure out why.
Any suggestion?

Hi Francesco,
I think there are a problem with your Italian language files, please submit ticket and provide your site url with super admin account. I will check the issue with your language file for you
