Thanks email when Campaign is done

Is there a way to send a thanks message to all donors when the campain is completed?

Unfortunately, Joom Donation doesn't have option to send thank you emails to all donors when the campaign is completed, but you can use AcyMailing extension to send the custom newsletter to donors when the campaign is completed. You can enable option to integrate with Acymailing, thus, donors can select to subscribe into Mailing list when the donation is completed.

I've seen that there are 2 plugins for both old and new acymailing version. Anyway, I would like to force users subscribe to list. Any suggestion?

Also, I need to separate campaigns and relative donors to specific lists. I mean, I would send a thanks message to donors of Campaign 1 when this campaing is completed but all other donors of campaign 2, 3, etc... do not have to receive that email.

Any way?

Acymailing has 2 versions:
Acymailing - old version
Acym - new version
That's the reason Joom Donation has 2 plugins version for Acymailing and Acym
Currently, Joom Donation doesn't have option to assign donors to specific Acymailing list. If you want to have that feature, we can implement the custom project to implement your request

Ok, it could be a good idea to implement an automatic process to send an email to users to thank them when campaign is completed.

It could be done inside Joomdonation instead of using acymailing maybe or maybe a double option, using both AcyMailing and native feature (developed) in Joomdonation. The whole process could be easier and more automated.

That's the scenario I expect:

Admin can choose to set an option for each campain to auto-send an emal to thank donors when campaign is complete. When Admin set that campaign is completed, then a message asks Admin if he wants to send an email to all donors. If Admin do not want to send the message in that moment, he can do it later. Also For each campain the message could be customized, meanwhile in global configuration there is a generic message that will be used if no custom message in campaign is setted.
