What Is Offline Payment and Change Page Heading

Hi Dam,

1) What is "Offline Payment" and how do I set it up? Sorry I'm not sure how it works.

2) Also, my page header says "Online Donation" and I can't figure out where/how to change that. I add a header title in the menu but it's still showing "Online Donation" instead of the title that I add.

1. Offline payment is specific payment option, it allows user to send money directly or sending money to your Bank account, and you will change the Paid status of donation records at Backend of Joom Donation.
2. You can use tool: Translation at Backend of Joom Donation to change the word "Online Donation" if you want

Regarding #1, do you have any documentation on how this works? I'm not understanding how to set it up.

For example, in Canada we have eTransfer, can this work for that? and, how would I set-up sending money to a Bank?

Actually, with Offline payment, Joom Donation won't do anything, it only sends the email with all payment details (of site owner) to donors, and donors will make payment (direct money) or sending money to site owner's bank account.
You can change the message through Joom Donation Configuration -> Tab: Emails & Messages

Is it possible to test my payment methods and then clear all the test data afterwards ?
