PayPal Payment Processing Fee vs Configuration Payment gateway fee was created by Dave B

Hello, can you tell me if the global configuration setting Payment gateway fee works with the PayPal payment plugin or do I need to set the fee in the payment plugin for PayPal?

Neither part of the documentation states anything about this. I don't want to charge them twice for the gateway fee.

If you enter payment fee (fixed amount and percentage amount) in payment plugins, Joom Donation will use those parameters (to add into donation amount), in case you leave payment fees parameters in payment plugin empty, Joom Donation will check and use payment fee in Joom Donation configuration.
