Stripe SCA

I have added the Stripe payment plugin to a JoomDonation instance, and have now received three emails from Stripe saying the following:

Update your Stripe integration to avoid declines
Stripe blocked a high-risk payment on your account
Action required to process safely on Stripe

My question is, is this the plugin that's causing this as there is no option to activate SCA or is it something I need to change with Stripe itself?

In JD Stripe payment plugin, have you enabled configure option: Use Stripe Card Element?

I have that enabled yes.
