2) If so, is it possible to customize the PDF?

1. Joom Donation doesn't have Tax, it only has Payment fee (percentage of donation amount)
2. Yes, PDF invoice can be customized
3. By default, Joom Donation provides below payment optons:
- Paypal
- Offline payment
- Authorize.net
- Moneybooker
- Worldpay
