Stripe recurring error/not working - No such plan: donation_1_week_10.26_5

When we have setup donations and enable recurring, and show number of occurrences, when using Stripe in test mode we get the error:

No such plan: donation_1_week_10.26_5

(When selecting $10, weekly for 52 weeks)

Is there something else we need to set-up in Stripe?
Or does the stripe testing gateway not work with recurring payments?

I couldn't find any more instructions in the documentation other than to just enable the button.
Are there configs in Stripe that need to be set?

We're presently implementing/testing this on an offline version of the web site - so no way to log-in externally.

Can you just tell me if there are any specific steps that need to be set-up to have recrurring donations work? There is not much documentation related to that. Does recurring work with Stripe test mode?
Also, are you using the Stripe API for ad-hock pricing?

followed the instructions and continue to get the same error as everyone else:

Your donation was failure
Reason
No such plan: "donation_3_month_10.45_28"

Please let me know what I need to do.
