manual entered recurring offline payments

I am having a number of issues with the donation extension related to recurring offline payments.

If I try to add a manual recurring offline payment through the backend joomla admin area in joom donation ... when I select a recurring campaign and choose offline payment it does not record it as a recurring donation. Under donation type it shows onetime.

If I try to do it through the frontend and select offline payment for recurring donation I get a 500 error - Donation Type Is Not Supported ... even though on the campaign I have offline payment as an option for the recurring donation campaign.

The Offline payment doesn't support recurring feature. The payment plugins support Recurring donation types are:
- Paypal
- Stripe
- Authorize.net
- Mollie

Ok. How can they enter multiple payments for the same donor? If they are tracking offline payments from different donors how do they record these so that the campaigns update properly? I see how they can record a single payment but do not see on the donor where they can add additional payments.

You can add donation records with the same information of specific User through tool: Manage Donors at Backend of Joom Donation.

I don't see a way to do this. I only have a button for donors or add donor but no tool that says manage donors. See screenshot



If I click on a donor it does not give me a way to add a transaction for them. It contains the one transaction when they made their first donation but no way to add. It only lets me change their details. Am I in the wrong place? All it gives me is Donor Information and Payment Information.
