Call to a member function getEnableRecurring() on null

When only the paypal plugin is activated I get this error on the donation form page

Also if stripe and paypal are published it only shows stripe in the front end. How can I let the user select the payment gateway?

You need to make sure all payment options are accepted by your campaigns.
