Country list empty since 5.6.15 was created by Trevor Smith

Hi

I have just updated JD from 5.6.14 to 5.6.15 and the country list in the front-end donation form is empty. I updated a second site and the same thing happened. Have reverted back to 5.6.14 and the country select is populated again.

Same here, losing donations now becasuse this field was required.
