Pre filled fields was created by jeffslough
I'm displaying the donation form and went to test it, everything worked fine. However my name and address show permanently in all the fields from any computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Just adding to this, it appears that whoever fills the form in, thier details appear for the next user
