Square Plugin parameters - Application ID, Location ID, and Access Token

I am trying to get my square payment page setup on my website, but in the configuration is asking for parameters of Application ID, Location ID, and Access Token. I cannot find this info anywhere on square, and only a 2 year old string on this website the doesn't really answer the question: where do I get these parameters?

I haven't register Square Credentials yet, so i am not sure how to get those information. But you can try to access to this page: squareup.com/signup?v=developers to see if you can find the way to register Square Account.
