Change the name "Campaigns"

Change the name "Campaigns" was created by Patrick Doyle
On the main Campaigns landing page is the word/title "Campaigns" which I would like to change to "Donations."

Is this possible and if so, how may I accomplish this?

Hi,
You can go to Backend -> Joom Donation -> Translation tool and filter the word for modification
