error code "0" Class 'JdontionIntegrationsHelper' not found

Hello.
I cannot get to show my page like this donation.ext4joomla.com/donate/recurring-donation with the picture the chart, title description, time, etc. and when I enable to show campaign detals i get error code "0"
Class 'JdontionIntegrationsHelper' not found.

I dont see where to add the picture for each campaign as illustrated on the link
How to fix it?

It's strange issue, please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you
