Hi Mike,
Actually, the PDF receipt will not be sent to donor who use Offline payment.

You can submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. My staff will help you to make this modification.

Hi Isabella,
In new Joom Donation version, at Donors list, we have button: Resend Email. It is used to send donation confirmation email to offline donors.
