Error: 0 - Too few arguments to function OSFFormFieldCheckboxes was created by Trevor Smith
In the menu settings for the donation form if I select 'Simple Donation layout' in the 'Other setting' tab the following is thrown when you visit the donation page:

Error: 0 - Too few arguments to function OSFFormFieldCheckboxes::getInputSimple(), 2 passed in /var/www/vhosts/####.org.uk/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_jdonation/libraries/osf/form/field.php on line 249 and exactly 3 expected
