Donation Layout was created by Trevor Smith
Two questions:
  1. In the configuration page I can choose 'Default layout' and 'Simple donation layout' but it doesn't seem to do anything, the layout stays the same. What should I expect to see?
  2. How do I get my Download ID? I already have a dowload ID fro MembershipPro on another domain, can I use that one?
