Quastion about cancelling a recurring payment

Hello,

If a user doesn't specify a number of recurring payments in the 'Number of occurencies' field, how can he stops his recurring payement?
By asking the owner of the site?
In the backend, is there an option to stop recurring payment when a user requests it?

Hi Simon,
Currently, Joom Donation doesn't have feature to cancel the recurring donation. The donor should login into their payment sites to cancel the recurring donation.

I'm not sure to well understand what you mean by 'The donor should login to their payment sites'.
In France credit card is provided by the bank of the user.
Do you mean that the user needs to ask his bank to cancel the recurring payment?
